me gusta mucho van damme ya que las colecciono como otros actores pero que las películas traigan el idioma español aunque las vendan en Francia reino unido Alemania o Italia ya que después la ponen en televisión en español como hace dos días pusieron mi abuelo es un peligro de Robert de niro gracias por ofrecerme las películas pero si no traen el idioma español no me interesa gracias y un saludo

Very impressed by this film.
Van damme's performance is very good and doesn't falter throughout.
The picture quality in HD on Blu -ray is outstanding, almost looks 4k at parts although it's just 1080p.
Shame there's no bonus material.
One of JCVDs top newish films in my opinion.

Most of JCVD's recent output has been straight-to-video crap that no sensible person would bother to watch, This is a bit better than that. The story is rubbish, as you might expect: the setting is Moldova, where everyone speaks English and the newspapers are printed in English too. Our hero is a grizzled ex-mercenary who rescues kidnapped (for ransom or white slavery purposes) children. An operation goes wrong and some kids die (not the one he succeeds in rescuing, collaterla damage...). Obviously, he's wracked with guilt. Then some American MMA fighter arrives to negotiate a bout: with him is his daughter, who, inevitably, gets kidnapped. Dumb, as white slavery goes: not someone who won't be missed.

Anyway, our hero is eventually persuaded to do his thing, and takes on the Russian mob in the process. Naturally, there's a happy ending. Except for the bad guys.

Now, this film is tosh. But it's enjoyble tosh, with JCVD putting in some seriously decent fighting, as does the MMA guy in his big scene. So it's certainly worth watching if you have fond memories of JCVD back in the day. He's still pretty buff, and still has some great moves; even manages the old reverse spin kick. REcommended, if you like this sort of thing.

This title is a line that JCVD says to his screen/real life son about taking on one further rescue job on children abducted by vile East European sex traffickers. It also resonates for all fans who never lost faith that behind the drugs and banal reality tv programmes, JCVD has the presence, acting skill and matured looks to be a great European star. I genuinely believe that given the right role and director, he could equal Alain Delon or Jean-Louis Trintignant.
Agree or not; 'Six Bullets' is a great action film. Van Damme shows awesome knife fighting skills in the first ten minutes and his later close quarter unarmed fight scenes are excellent. Granted, the script is close to 'Taken', as other reviewers have highlighted. However, this film develops other themes, such as the lives of girls still working with the traffickers. The Police are not shown as routinely corrupt, but constrained within the system.The American parents are not able to search for their daughter in a foreign country with total impunity. Effective to see JCVD haunted by the images of girls he was unable to save and hitting the bottle when it gets too much. Well directed and mature action film.

I won't relay the story, as the product description does that for you.
This is a great film, as the two main leads look very good together, and their acting is superb.
The special effects are very impressive and the script engages you with the characters nicely.
I am very glad that I have this one as part my JCVD collection.
I think I should warn you that the dvd does NOT come with subtitles. (Just what does the film industry have against us cloth ears?) Lol.
Subtitles are a necessity, especially when the dialogue has to compete with noisy backrounds.
Many people lose their hearing as part of the natural ageing process, or sometimes you might just want to watch a film without waking up the whole neighbourhood!
Luckily, I was able to see it again on TV and the network put subtitles out with it. For me it was like watching a brand new film, as I learned what the characters had 'actually' said, not what I thought they might have said. Anyway, only a problem if your hearing is badly distorted like mine.
Always a pleasure to watch JCVD at work, acting or high kicking!
(Left scratching my head as to why he would accept a role, where he is required to say "We all need meat", when in 'real life' he advocates that we shouldn't!) Confused? I am!
I digress.
This film is excellent, and I very much look forward to his future releases, hopefully with subtitles. x

Yes it seems Van Damme did better acting in this movie due to probably a different, but better story. It was also built on a broader scale. The other supporting actors involved in this film played a well balance role also and the story kept moving right along. They both paired up great with Van Damme. I think without them in it, the film would've been a total flop.
The story is about him being a hired mercenary who is hired to find kids who have been put on the market for human trafficking. In short...he saves the day by killing or mangling the bad guys, rescues the kid and returns them to the owners. That was his profession.
After getting over a misfortune of a blundered mission, he recoups and has to assist the American couple who just had there daughter abducted too. This escalates on a serious scale and includes some good shootouts and normal martial arts fight scenes. I don't think I even saw a stunt double come in too long on some fight scenes. A well done flick.

After a surprising performance by Van Damme in Expendables 2, Mr. Damme goes back to the straight to video market. However this film is actually not bad. We have some decent action, and a good performance by Damme. The story line is similar to Taken. (Spoiler Alert)-But I think what hurt the movie for me was when out of nowhere the parents of the daughter who was kidnapped joined the fight at the end. We have an MMA Dad that says he never fired a gun before but shoots his gun like hes a pro, and the Mom who just happens to be an expert because her Father was in the military. This was just to convenient which I thought was a little cheesy and took away what was interesting about the film. And that was Damme's character trying to redeem his past failures. If the parents were forced to fight and had no choice, while Damme took all the bad guys out, that would have been a better ending. But dispite the films flaws this is another good outing for Damme fans. Highly recommended!

Well, well, well what a happy surprise. Retired mercenary Jean Claude Van Damme is asked by the parents of a kidnapped girl who will be sold into slavery to help them and get her back because the father who is himself and MMA fighter is out of his league. JCVD refuses at first and then well you can guess. The good guys including JCVD are all very good and you are rooting for them, even the annoying mom, haha, you will see. The bad guys are very good at being bad guys. Of course, the bullets fly and only the good guys can apparently shoot and hit what they aim at. But it is good fun and tons of action. it is a good way to spend a rainy afternoon.

I loved this movie. Its one of the better Van Damme movies in the recent years. The story is really good. Van Damme is a ex-mercenary who did a raid but his actions caused the death of two innocent victims. Retired from his profession he is owns a simple butcher shop but not for long. When another kidnaping of a 14 year old American girl happens Van Damme is asked to help and get her. Its not easy as it seems as the prostitution ring is a very dangerous world filled with horrible people abusing teenage girls. Van Damme tries everything and I mean everything to find her even though with all the corruption and many obstructions going on. Now what surprised me the most is the blu ray quality. It looks fantastic. The detail is very high and it looks like what a blu ray movie should look like. I was very impressed with how it looks. The story is great, the picture quality and sound is great so what more do you need. Just get this great Van Damme movie. Its worth every penny. Great seller. Fast delivery. Thank You.

Jean-Claude Van Damme stars in another above-par DTV outing, and proves that he's still relevant (at least more relevant than Steven Seagal). There's nothing too special about the story, seeing as it's been done before in various forms (e.g., TAKEN). Even the cinematography isn't too unique, and has a washed-out palette that is all-too-common in these types of movies. But unlike TAKEN, this movie actually takes the time to develop its characters and give you reason to care about them. In other words, it's not all ass-kicking and one-liners (and in fact, there really isn't any humor). The run time is a little overlong (by about 15-20 minutes), but it's spent with characters you can identify with and a story that has some dramatic impact. Definitely for JCVD fans, but also for anyone looking to branch out beyond the middling action fare that Hollywood churns out nowadays.
